Pengendapan dalam Sungai

Abstrak
Model aliran fluida telah diselesaikan dengan jaringan automata gas-kisi. Model gas-kisi ini sederhana yakni partikel partikel bermassa satu satuan bergerak dengan satu satuan kecepatan menempati titik kisi segitiga samasisi, dan dalam setiap tumbukan dipenuhi hukum kekekalan massa dan momentum. Berdasarkan metoda automata gas-kisi, beberapa program komputer dibuat untuk mensimulasikan pola garis arus aliran fluida satu fasa dalam sungai dengan beberapa struktur rintangan yang berbeda. Hasil yang diperoleh dipergunakan untuk memperkirakan daerah pengendapan dalam sungai.

Abstract
The model of fluid flow has been solved using lattice-gas cellular automata. This lattice-gas model is simple: particles of unit mass travelling with unit velocity reside on triangular lattice, and each collision obeys laws for conservation of mass and of momentum. Based on the method of lattice-gas automata, several computer programs were made to simulate the streamlines of the single-phase fluid flow in rivers having several different obstruction structures. The resulted streamlines were then used to predict the sedimentation area in a river.
