APLIKASI IDENTIFIKASI KERUSAKAN MOTOR MATIC MENERAPKAN METODE FUZZY LOGIC

Abstrak – Motor matic 4 tak memiliki bermacam-macam gejala kerusakan yang sangat sulit di identifikasi kerusakannya karena setiap kerusakan bisa saja memiiki gejala kerusakan yang sama. Pada penelitian ini, dibuat suatu sistem penegakan identifikasi kerusakan motor matic menerapkan metode fuzzy logic. Variabel-variabel pendukung penegakan identifikasi kerusakan tersebut digunakan dalam pembentukan himpunan fuzzy. Himpunan fuzzy tersebut akan diproses menggunakan metode inference Tsukamoto sehingga menghasilkan suatu kesimpulan. Aplikasi yang dirancang telah diuji oleh pakar sehingga hasil keputusan yang diperoleh dari aplikasi memiliki keakuratan 70% – 90%. Secara garis besar aplikasi ini digunakan sebagai alat bantu untuk mempercepat teridentifikasi sebuah kerusakan motor matic.

Abstract – Matic 4-stroke motors have a variety of symptoms that are very difficult in the identification of the damage because any damage could have coined the same symptoms. In this study, made an enforcement system identification matic motor damage applying fuzzy logic method. Support enforcement variables such damage identification is used in the formation of fuzzy sets. The fuzzy set will be processed using the method of Tsukamoto inference resulting in a conclusion. Designed applications have been tested by experts so that the results obtained from the application of the decision to have the accuracy of 70% – 90%. Broadly speaking, this application is used as a tool to accelerate identified a damaged motor matic.
